In the event that our valued customers should incur loss of our products due to a named hurricane, we will replace all products that are lost with our warranty form. Voucher holders will receive priority replacement following a storm.

We gaurantee our product 100% for tenderness, flavor and against freezer burn for one full year. If for any reason you are not satifsfied, we will promptly replace, or exchange the product. No refunds.
